4. Course Registration and Enrollment

6. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

6.1 Cancellation by Client

If you need to cancel your enrollment, the following terms apply:

• More than 14 days before start date: Full refund minus 10% administrative fee
• 7-14 days before start date: 50% refund of paid fees
• Less than 7 days before start date: No refund available
• After course commencement: No refund available

6.2 Rescheduling Sessions

Individual coaching sessions may be rescheduled according to the following policy:

• Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours advance notice at no charge
• Rescheduling requests with less than 24 hours notice will be charged at full session rate
• No-shows will be charged at full session rate with no opportunity to reschedule
• Rescheduling is subject to instructor availability

6.3 Cancellation by Omnilytics

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule courses due to:

• Insufficient enrollment
• Instructor illness or unavailability
• Technical difficulties
• Force majeure events (see Section 13)

In the event we cancel a course, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to an alternative date or program.

7. Attendance and Participation

7.1 Attendance Requirements

To benefit fully from our training programs, you are expected to:

• Attend all scheduled sessions punctually
• Participate actively in training exercises and discussions
• Complete assigned homework or practice activities
• Prepare adequately before each session

7.2 Virtual Session Requirements

For online training sessions, you are responsible for:

• Ensuring reliable internet connectivity
• Having a functioning camera and microphone
• Accessing sessions from a quiet, professional environment
• Testing your technology setup before the first session

7.3 Code of Conduct

All participants must:

• Treat instructors and fellow participants with respect
• Maintain professional behavior and language
• Respect confidentiality of other participants' shared experiences
• Avoid disruptive behavior during sessions
• Follow instructor guidance and feedback constructively

We reserve the right to remove any participant who violates our code of conduct, without refund.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OMNILYTICS' TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO OUR SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US FOR SERVICES DURING THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

12.2 Exclusion of Damages

IN NO EVENT SHALL OMNILYTICS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
