We typically can schedule your first session within one week of your initial consultation, depending on your preferred times and instructor availability.
Yes, all our training programs are available both in-person at our Osaka center and virtually via video conference, with no difference in quality or effectiveness.
Sessions can be rescheduled with 24 hours notice. Cancellations with less notice will be charged at the full session rate. Please see our full refund policy for details.
While our primary focus is personalized one-on-one training, we do offer corporate group programs for teams. Contact us for more information about group options.
